If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at veloura@veloura-art.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used kits cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.
